Kaum ein Inselbesucher kennt ihn nicht – oder zumindest seine imposanten Stierfiguren, die er selbst in allen Größen kunstvoll anfertigt. In Artá findet man seine Gallionsfigur, groß und prachtvoll steht sie vor seiner Galerie, dann und wann fährt er sie auch gern publikumswirksam über die Insel. Der kreative Künstler wurde 1962 in Berlin geboren und lebt seit 1992 mit seiner Familie auf Mallorca. Bereits in seiner Kindheit schuf er Werke in Öl auf Leinwand, seitdem lässt ihn die Malerei nicht mehr los.

„Surrealistischer Fotorealismus“ nennt er selbst seinen Stil. Few visitors to the island don’t know him – or at least his impressive bulls that he skilfully creates in various sizes. His figurehead stands outside his gallery in Artá, tall and magnificent, and every so often, he likes to drive it around the island – to great public effect! Bulls can be spotted at every turn in his galleries in Artá, Cala Ratjada and Palma – his hallmark for which he is internationally renowned. Powerful and colourful, the paintings immediately captivate viewers.

Born in Berlin in 1962, the creative artist has lived on Mallorca with his family since 1992. He already began creating works in oil on canvas as a child and has been hooked ever since. Krüger refers to his style as “surrealist photorealism”. Su mascarón de proa se encuentra en Artá, erguido y magnífico frente a su galería, y de vez en cuando también le gusta pasearlo por la isla con gran éxito de público.
